Here's five great tips to help you fall asleep fast!
- Quiet your mind (envision a stop sign in your head to quiet your thoughts)
- Take a few deep breaths (breathe in for 8 seconds, hold for 8 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds, repeat)
- Turn off distractions (television, facebook, cell phone, lights, etc.)
- Listen to relaxing music at low volume (Zen, Meditation, New Age, Audio-book)
- Fall asleep inch by inch (focused relaxation starting with your toes and slowly working your way up to your head)
