Did you know that chia seeds have 18 of the 21 Amino acids required by human beings. Chia is also high in calcium at 177 milligrams per serving which is 18 % of your daily allowance and they have two times as much potassium as bananas. But their truly astounding nutrient value is in their omega fatty acid content. Chia seeds have higher fatty acid 3's than ither flax seed or salmon.

There are many ways to include chia seeds into your diet. The easiest way would be to toss them into a smoothie or salad everyday. Or, if you got a little bit more time you can make extremly delicious chia seed pudding.
