Incredible Inspirational Speech by Al Pacino

"Life's a game of inches just like football. Cause in either game the margin for error is so small, I mean... one half a step too soon or too early and you don't quite make it, one second too slow or too fast and you don't quite catch it...the inches we need in life are everywhere around us! There in every break of the game...every minute, every second! On this team we fight for that inch!"

WARNING EXPLICIT LANGUAGE

"So go out and get those inches...cause that's what livin is, the six inches in front of your face!"

Now... What are you gonna do?

The background music is "Peace", by Paul Kelly, on "Soundings in Film".

76 Year Old Man Who Can Kick Some Butt!

Paul Stone is a 76 year old NATURAL BODYBUILDER who has competed in over 20 bodybuilding competitions!

Paul: "It wasn't until I retired that I really got into it".

By leading a mostly healthy active lifestyle throughout his adult life, Paul helped build the strong physical foundation that allowed his body to follow his desire of becoming a bodybuilder at the age of 66!

Believe it or not, Paul has accomplished these amazing fitness feats all the while dealing with a "bad back". Curvature of the spine has lead to the removal of five of the discs in his spine.

Paul: "The doctors have told me that I wouldn't be walking, I'd be in a wheelchair, if it were not for the fact that I was bodybuilding... I'm supported by muscle!"

Thank you Paul for being a true inspiration!

This is what living a healthy and happy life is all about!

I had never heard about Dr. Walter J. Urban until today after watching this short interview with Ka Sundance from the Raw Inspiration TV-Show. Dr. Urban is a prime example of how eating a healthy diet of mostly raw foods will keep you feeling and looking young. My Dog is my Training Partner

Today is my dog Harrah's 4th birthday. So we started out the day like we usually do, with a nice walk. When I first started on my journey towards living a more healthy and happy life, I knew that in order to grow and move in the right direction it was absolutely necessary that I include my dog. I didn't realize it at the time but she would quickly become a great training partner. Not only does she like to go on long walks, she loves running, hiking, and going on new adventures. It doesn't matter if it's 2:00am or 2:00pm she's always ready to exercise. I believe that if you invest in the health of your dog, your dog will become an investment in your health. And she has. Everyday she's a source of  inspiration that helps keep me motivated. Part of what makes us a great team is that she has been properly trained and she knows her role in the family. I owe a big shout out to Cesar Millan, aka The Dog Whisperer for helping me become more aware of how my furry friends mind works. I highly recommend, even if you don't  have a dog, that you watch one of his dvd's, or read one of his books. The psychology behind his work is sure to open your mind to how we communicate with our pets.
