Kale: 101

Start incorporating kale into your diet today and start experiencing health at it's highest levels. Kale is very easy to buy at your local supermarket and even cheaper to grow. It does very well in many types of climate, even snow. There are many different types of kale available but the most common are curly , russian, and dino. I like to put a good fist full of kale into my morning smoothie to jump-start my day. :)
