How to Stretch the Lower Back








Tight back muscles are a very common issue in today's society. Continuous pain and/or discomfort is often the result of inadequate exercise and stretching. The good news is we can dramatically overcome back pain by becoming more limber. Back pain or not, stretching your back is very important to prolonging your health and should not be overlooked.
